Orbis Electric is speeding the transition to lower carbon, and substantially lower material costs in BEV and PHEV with a patent-protected permanent magnet motors that produce 50% more torque at a 30% cost reduction compared to existing solutions. Orbis motors are a game changer in e-powertrains because: a. Not only do our patent-protected permanent magnet motors produce 50% more torque at a 30+/- less cost, but compared to e-axle, Orbis delivers a 25% lighter drivetrain overall with higher comparative efficiency. b. The compact design allows for direct integration with existing axle/wheel designs. c. The unique gearbox configuration delivers superior torque/weight performance at lower manufacturing costs. d. We leverage alternative magnetic materials that invites partial or full replacement of Neodymium with massive cost and strategic sourcing advantages. e. Commercial validation including intensive testing of prototypes with VW in passenger vehicles, Wabash National on semi-trailers, Mercado Libre in Mexico City on delivery vehicles and in extreme off-road with the US Special Forces.
